It's called keratosis pilaris and it's a completely common form of eczema that you should not worry about but definitely see a dermatologist about. DO NOT PICK THEM. I made that horrid mistake and now it is such a habit I can't quit and I have scars up and down my arms! Please don't pick them! Keep your arms moisturized!

Its ok hun I have them too. except I don't have them on my arms, they're on my theighs. they haven't bothered me too much and honestly I don't even put medicine on them. they just fade then new ones come then they fade. DONT POP THEM! OUCH!! I wouldn't worry to much though. if they become a problem, you can see a dermatologist and they can prescribe you something :)
