How to make my eyes pop?

So, I have small ( at least I think so) brown eyes, and when I put eyeshadow on, they look even smaller! I don't know what to do to make them look bigger.. Help?

White liner on the lash line and in the inner corner, a light color all over the lid, and a darker color in the crease. Avoid lining the waterline with black and curl your lashes.

Try using a white base for your eyeshadows with a shimmery champagne color on the lid and a light matte nude brown in the crease. Apply some nude liner to your lower lashline, with a white shimmery highlight on your browbone and inner corners. Curl your eyelashes to open them as much as possible and apply a separating and volumizing mascara!
