Sorry if I put this in the wrong category but I'm planning on piercing my left ear on my cartilage and I was wondering if it was painful. Thanks!

It all depends on your own pain tolerance. But I would assume it will hurt aha, also do NOT! get it pierced by a gun, a needle is best.

For me it didnt hurt that bad the only thing is the pain kicked in after I had gotten it

It depends on your pain tolerance. I have a high pain tolerance and it didn't hurt at all, it was just a little bit sore afterwards. my mom got hers done too and she has a lower pain tolerance but she said it only hurt a little bit. I wouldn't be nervous if I were you, it's not bad at all and it looks super cute 😊

It's all pain tolerance, guns aren't advised for any piercings

When I got mine pierced it didn't hurt at all. And I have a very low pain tolerance. It just hurt for a few months. But other that than it was okay.

Not really. depends on pain tolerance, mine is pretty high haha. I got it done w a gun & I'm very lucky it did no damage. if done w a gun it could shatter your cartilage.

My best friend pierced her cartilage and she said it REALLY hurt. But she also did it herself and not professionally so that probably made a big difference lol.

It's going to hurt considering you're putting a hole in your body, also the healing process makes it very sore and painful, but just take care of it and it'll be worth it.
