I usually do not have much haifall but whenever I shampoo I loose hair and somehow I feel as soon as conditioner touches my hair I tend to loose more hair. I mean when I wash off shampoo if I loose 10 hair approx while washing off conditioner it'll be extra 30 or so. why?

My hair does that to, but I've always thought it was normal. Because everyone looses hair daily.

Everyone loses hair. Especially in the shower, because when your hair is wet it's more prone to breakage.

Every time I shower I lose a lott of hair. I lose a lot in general, but that's just how my hair is. you shouldn't worry. but if it really does bother you, ask your doctor about it.

Actually, I've noticed that some shampoos tend to cause more hairloss, that happened to me with pantene and head n shoulders. I would suggest to try more natural hair products, sls free and so on...

Regular shampoos generally contain solvent alcohols and harsh sulfates which in turn weaken hair and make it more prone to breakage. Hair is more porous when wet and becomes weaker, all the more so by using a harsh shampoo.
If you want less hair fall out I recommend using a gentle shampoo instead.

It is normal to lose hair everyday I think the average poeple lose is 100 a day you probably just realizing is while your wash your hair but also drug store product seems to make me lose more hair but when I use natural salon product I don't seem to lose any I The shower I used either Aveda, argon oil Moisture shampoo and conditioner from sallys beauty supply. or I find when I were my hair up in a bun or up in general I find more hair lose that way as well I wouldn't worry that's normal. If it was coming out like clumps then it would be a different reasons also hair lose can also come from stress.I hope I helped :)

Do you use hair products? The reason I ask is because I use mousse and notice a lot of hair in the shower, when I do not use product I do not notice it. The think the mousse holds my hairs in place that would naturally fall out during the day. When I don't use it my hair probably sheds the same amount but throughout the day.

ExActly what Lara said! you lose about 100 hairs a day...more if you have a lot of hair. during the day your hair gets trapped in with the rest of your hair. a good brushing will get some out, but not all. when you condition your hair it becomes slick and the (already loose) hair falls out. as long as your hair is not getting visibly thinner then its ok and totally normal :-)

Don't brush in shower, it could make your hair fall out.

Actually, brushing with conditioner in it is safer then just plain brushing when wet. and you should always use a wide tooth comb, no brush on wet hair.
