Hey I am doing my friends hair for homecoming and was wandering if you guys had ideas? She said she wants an updo. She had long thin hair. Ideas?

Try something like this. Curl her hair and then pin it up with a lot of bobby pins and hairspray.

You can also do a bunch of small fishtails and pin them so they look like this.
