Too Faced has one, it's AMAZING but it's a bit pricey :/

Exfoliate , lips aren't really thin but i exfoliated my lips with a toothbrush ,sugar, and carmax one morning before school and when I got to school everyone said looked plump. They were soft and kissable

For a more affordable one I LOVE Buxom lip glosses. They don't sting bad like most do and I do see a difference.

I’m always on the market for ways to make my lips look more full. If you can’t afford collagen injections like the stars, then you can have shot with city lips, too faced,lip fusion,maxolip, lip inflation those are really good products to try out...i hope you will be amazed.

use the bristles of your tooth brush to lightly scrub your lips to make them soft and smooth looking
Too faced lip injection! I actually kissed my husbands cheek with it on and he literally had the shape of my lips on his cheek for about an hour! Lol

clear shimmery super glossy lipgloss! put over lipstick or just went by itself instant plump!
I exfoliated my lips with Satin Lips from Mary Kay and my favorite lip gloss is from BUXOM
Brush your lips with a toothbrush. Sounds funny but it works!
