Any tips to get my skin smooth? On my face I have these little itty bitty pimple things alllll over my head. The sides of my nose are kinda dry. I wash every night and exfoliate every other day. I have oily skin so I'm afraid to moisturize because I don't wanna be too oily.

Also, because of my uneven, problem skin, my foundation goes on weird, even with primer.

If your skin is oily you should use a gentle face cleanser, and moisturize everyday with an oil free gel moisturizer, using a harsh cleanser and not moisturizing will just make your skin more oily.
If regular exfoliation isn't enough, you can use a chemical exfoliant. St Ives scrub free exfoliating pads are gentle, and perfect for anyone just starting out. For the little bumps, you should try a salicylic acid spot treatment, or the oil cleansing method.

I agree with everything Lexi said. A good gel moisturizer is 100% aloe vera gel or clean and clear morning burst hydrating gel or the clinique yellow coloured gel moisturizer. Gel's are more lightweight and absorb very quickly, suitable for oily skin because it doesn't leave any excess behind laying on top of the skin.
Remember that even if your skin is oily, it still needs moisture because moisture and oil are 2 different things.

Put lotion on every night before you go to sleep.
