Valentines Day - Outfit/makeup/hair decisions.

Hello!

For Valentines Day I'm going with my boyfriend to a nice (fancy ish) restaurant for dinner. We normally only have a pizza and film night (have had for the past 2 years) but we can't have that this year so we're going out. I can't decide between these two dresses (the floral one is a bodycon and the black one is a velvet skater dress, the sheerer bit at the front is mesh). I'm not too bothered about the weather because I'll be going straight out of the car into the restaurant. The heels I'm wearing are the 2nd picture. Whichever dress I don't wear I'll probably wear for my 18th, which is in a few weeks. I would also love if you could give me any ideas for makeup and hair. I'm a neutral toned pale (porcelain, ivory, shade 0.5 or 1 in foundations), green eyes. I have just below shoulder length reddish hair (you can see the length in my profile picture).
