Who was the seller? If it was anyone other than an official Ben Nye account then there's a high chance that it's fake.

That is not authentic Ben Nye Banana Powder. I would not unseal it. I would also get your money back from whoever sold that to you.

Strange bc it does look quite like the one from camerareadycosmetics.com. That makes this a little more confusing.
