I love Real Techniques too, I use the expert face brush for everything! I love Look Good Feel Better brushes too, they're similar to RT (I think they're better) and they're a charity too, with their profit going to the charity (they help people going through cancer).
BarryM brushes are brilliant cheaper alternatives to RT and LGFB (even though both are very cheap already!). I brought BarryM brushes as a stand in when I lost a bunch of my brushes and I've just added them to my original set now :)

I never been a fan of the RT brushes, to me they feel cheap. I much prefer Zoeva brushes - They cost a bit more but is still a mid range price brush brand but I feel the quality exceeds the price.

I have mixed feeing son RT brushes. I think they're great for beginners and there are a couple RT brushes that I will always use every day, but as I've gotten more experienced and more into high end makeup I hardly ever buy them. Althoigh I've never used them, I think that their bold metals collection is quite pricey for drugstore brushes. In my opinion if I'm going to pay $20+ on one brush I'm going to buy an It Brush or Sigma. I really really love the It Brushes for Ulta. I may be slightly biased because I work there, but I like most my It brushes more than my Sigmas and Mac brushes. They're incredibly soft, especially if you're buying from the Live Beauty Fully or Velvet Luxe collections. My absolute favorite brush of life right now is the It Live Beauty Fully angled blush brush. I LOVE it for bronzing up my face, and the flat contour brush from the It contour must haves set is phenomenal. It brushes are also all synthetic and cruelty free of course 😊

My favorite RT brushes are the buffing brush & the Metals Collection Gold Powder brush.

But I mostly have Morphe brushes and a few random brushes like Senna & Sonia Kashuk.
