It's a milk spot, I get them quiet regularly - it's a small cyst in the skin meaning you shouldn't squeeze it, if it's very small you should leave it alone and it would go in its own time, if it's bothering you, use a sterile needle to extract the contents of the cyst.

Almost everybody has them. They aren't like a disease or anything, but they are really annoying. I don't know exactly what their called. If you watch Shaaanxo's videos, you would notice that she had this weird bump under her right (left on screen) eye.

I had two and had them removed by the derm. Frozen off..and bam. Gone.

When I get those I just run a towel under warm/hot water & place it over my eye. Usually goes away in a few days.
