I wouldn't use anything like that on her. I suggest a cool rag to calm the area, but not for too long or it'll agitate the area even more and then either aloe vera gel or spray. Keep it cool.

Aloe for sure. You can pick up a plant for under $5 and keep it in the house for use on burns etc. It looks nice and is useful for years if you care for it. barely needs any attention too!

I'd phone my pediatrician. Nurses often consult over the phone and should be a good guide that's gentle and safe.

I second Rozberry. What works for us most times won't work for a baby. Their skin is far more sensitive/fragile than adult skin. Same thing happened to my youngest child...the peeling closely resembled cradle cap.

Aloe or a kid friendly moisturizer keep it cold and try not to touch her scalp that much until it heals a little bit

I would recommend aloe like the other ladies mentioned. Definitely call your pediatrician. Hope she feels better soon!
