My prom is coming up in a couple of weeks and I need some hair and makeup ideas that go with my dress. I'm getting my hair and makeup done, so it can be a difficult style.

That dress is so beautiful, where is it from?
Hair I'd say curled and pinned back.
As the dress is a neutral colour, you could go with anything. I think a silver gradient eye would look beautiful

I agree I should have my hair up, but I was thinking something more loose with pieces hanging down would match the dress the best

I knew I missed something from my comment! I meant with like tendrils around your face :) because of the amount of detail on the bodice, I think your hair should be back.
I had a similar prom dress and my hair was pinned back but down and curled :) ill find a picture :)
