I could be mistaken, but I think skin tags have to be surgically/laser removed.

Ugh, I HATE skin tags!! Depending on their size, you can use a VERY sharp nail clipper to snip them off - but be forewarned, they will bleed. if they're any bigger, you'll need to make an appointment with a doctor. They'll either freeze them off (which causes them to get really huge and painful, then they shrivel up and fall off), or cut off with scissors - which also hurts and causes them to bleed. I've had both methods done on the skin tags on my neck - the scissors hurt less, but thank goodness I had a scarf because I had bloody bandaids all over my neck! And they can grow back, regardless of what method is used. The homeopathic stuff has never worked for me, even after 3-4 months of daily use.
Cocoa C. - skin tags are those little balls of skin some folks have in varying sizes and places. If you look at a photo of Morgan Freeman, the actor, he's got them all over his face.

My step mom had skin tags and they just clipped hers off. these wasn't to much bleeding involved, but there was some. it'll be fine! don't try doing it yourself or you could make it worse.

Apparently tie a bit of cotton around them and they will fall off in a few days with no bleeding :)

I get skin tags and I tie a piece of thread around it very tightly then after a while of it not receiving any blood it will just fall off. It's an easier way of doing it then anything else and it's not painful at all.

They can just go on their own, my boyfriend had one and his just went black and fell off. If it's not too big, you could snip it or tie thread around it tightly so no blood or oxygen gets to it.
