My eyebrows actually look grayish purple. This makes shade matching pretty difficult. And they're thick, but really messy, despite my efforts to clean them up. Does anyone have any product suggestions with good color ranges for unruly brows?

How do you clean them up? Do you trim them?
Eye shadows help since there's a wider variety

You two are right about shadows, those totally slipped my mind.

And yeah, I tweeze, I trim, I use clear great lash, but they still just look...no.

Why don't you try getting them done professionally then you can guide yourself from there.

I like the Anastasia dipbrow a lot it does a good job of filling my brows and keeping them clean looking

Gisell, I've thought about that but I'm afraid of somebody messing them up even more.

The Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta won't mess up your brows. All of their arch experts are trained the same way so even if you go to someone different every time, you should have the same result. They map out your shape with a pencil and show it to you first before they even start to remove any hair, so you'll have an idea of what's happening instead of just going in blind. My brows come out spectacular every time. As far as getting your brows to cooperate with you, I agree with trying some matte eyeshadows to get your color right. Have you tried brow wax? It can provide a stronger hold than brow gel. Fill them in and then set them with the wax. I hope this helps!
