I have been searching ALL OVER!! can someone please tell me where you can buy wholesale foundations? I'm a makeup artist and need every color foundation a company makes and it's easier to buy wholesale than individuals.

I can't think of anywhere makeup is sold in wholesale but I do know makeup artists get discounts (pro cards and stuff) with certain brands for the purpose of stocking up their kit. Looking into pro cards with companies like MAC or Makeup Forever may help.
Also, a foundation palette could help. I know many MUAs who use those to combine shades and create a perfect match for whoever they're working on. RCMA and Graftobian are two I see recommended on here a bunch!
I know that's not exactly what you are looking for but hopefully it will be helpful :)

Yikes! Wholesale originates from the manufacturer ( using Urban Decay as an example) where a vendor purchases several hundred or several thousand+ units to sell at their establishment (s). And there is an approval process that most prospective vendors must go thru before being able to purchase. All that being said...one single person going in and only needing multiple foundation shades is not going to happen on a wholesale level. Its best to go apply for a pro status with a line your most interested in ( MAC offers 40% off retail price I believe and there are a host of others as well).

@CPT-Lili R...all their stuff ships out of China...if they're in a good mood an unsuspecting buyer is in for skin reaction nightmare or they just might have their debit/cc charged to the max and not receive squat. There are thousands of fraud sites just like them. :/

Shelly your right I just checked them out for fun and that 💩 is so sketchy the prices are way off thats a red flag already a 80 dior palette is being claimed that it was retailed at I think 23 and being sold for $13 really? If it was $23 retail price belive me they would be sold out everywhere and wouldnt be none left over to sell wholesale

If you are a makeup artist then you can get discounts on many high end brands. I'm a cosmetologist and have discounts for tarte, stila, anastasia, it, nars, and more. all you have to do is send in the proper credentials. other then that your best bet would be to get a foundation pallet.
