How can I get my eyebrows to look like this? Like, that soft smooth texture?

BrowWiz to create shape
DipBrow to fill the brow
Concealer to clear out edge brows ( bobbi brown is good)
And brown gel
Get the materials and take some advice from a good tutorial video and you are good to go :)
