Need help with Nars foundation shades!!

Hi!!
I want Nars All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation but I never purchase a Nars foundation before so I don't know what shade I could buy.
I am golden tan in cover-girl 3 in 1 and caramel beige (W7) in L'Oreal True Match foundation.

Its best to go in-store and snag two different color samples. The color selection is quite wonky and has a very strong yellow undertone to most shades so this isn't something I suggest buying online sight unseen.

I agree with Shelley to go into a store to get color matched. If for some reason you absolutely have to order online then try using findation.com to find your match although even that may not be accurate.

Sephora's website has a description of each shade. For example: light medium with yellow undertones. Go there and see what matches your description. I'm St.Moritz in the tinted moisturizer, I can swatch it later so you could see my skintone and the description given in Sephora :)

I read the description of the shades but I'm scare that the color don't look exactly like they say. but yes if you can swatch the color that you used maybe that can help me.  Lara
