Can't Tag Products In Photos?

I uploaded new photos (I've been MIA for awhile, xD) and when I went to edit them so that I could tag products used, it wouldn't work. I would type into the search bar but the menu that normally appears didn't pop up. Nothing happened. Same when I tried to change the sections that the photo was tagged with.

I tried closing the browser, restarting the computer, and it's still happening.

Has anyone else had this trouble?
