I want a dewy or illuminating foundation that gives me a glow! I have normal to oily skin ,what foundations would work for me?

Loreal true match lumi is great for normal to dry skin, maybe do an oil astringent before applying and you'll be fine. I wouldn't recommend it for oily skin.
