I hardly ever have cows milk btw. I have yoghurt because my stomach can handle that but it can't have milk. I had some milk last night maybe like a cup? I haven't had milk for months. I woke up today and my forehead is covered in bumps and I have a few pimples over my face. This has never happened to me before so I have no idea what to do. I'm assuming it was from the milk because that's the only thing that's changed over the last few months. I have work in a few hours and I know they won't be gone by then but is there anything I can do to help the bumps on my forehead? should I put some bb cream on or would that make them really obvious? ah I'm freaking out because I just don't know what to do. I have some aztec clay should I use it to make a mask?

You can use some ice to calm the redness and try color correcting to cancel the redness...but face masks... I have no idea what is good for that.

I would make a cool tea rinse..either chamomile or green tea and splash my face to reduce any inflamation and naturally kill surface bacteria. I'd also drink a cup. You may want to take a non-drowsy benadryl if you feel it may be allergies.

Thanks :) it's definitely calmed down but it's so bumpy on my forehead it's so weird. I've never felt my skin like this before. I took an allergy pill so hopefully it helps.
