Hello! So I just had an epiphany. I have a huge "third eye" (pimple) and I was so confused because I NEVER get pimples on my forehead, and according to Chinese face mapping it's from stress, but it's summer so I don't have any stress right now. But I just pulled out my sunglasses, and looked at them, and the inside rims are covered in foundation. Then it occurred to me that my pimple is probably from wearing my sunglasses over and over again. I wanted to point this out to anyone else that's having breakouts around your eyes, try cleaning your sunglasses every time you use them :)

Yessss super important. Any glasses or things on your face need to be cleaned. I wear glasses, and I clean them every time I wake up, with alcohol spray and a glasses cleaning cloth for the glass, then I take a paper towel, spray it with the glasses cleaning alcohol spray, and clean the rims of the frame. In middle school I didn't have any acne, just a few spots here and there, but my upper cheek was always always breaking out. Then I went to the doctor for something else, and he was like "oh looks like someone forgot to clean their glasses frame" and it was a life changer lol.

Yessss! Sunglasses. Last year on my lunch break after a busy busy day I would pull out my phone and call up my friend or sister and thered always be foundation on my phone sell sometimes afterward and I would always get a pimple on my face where I held the phone. I figured out quick where they wrre coming from lol yes sanitize everythingggg
