It doesn't look that much shorter.. It's better you cut it now because if you were to grow it out, you'd probably have to cut off even more anyways because of all the dead/split ends. Trims are a good thing :) I like your hair color

Mmm I think it's better if you cut it now than later... That way, your hair will grow nicely and maybe it can grow faster now that the dead hair had been cut...

It looks fine! And I'm sure you'll love it once you style it! It probably think it grew so slow because it was damaged and broke off. Now that it's heathy you'll notice it getting longer quicker

Curly short hair looks so cute don't get upset about short hair it will grow back and be healthy as ever! You could also try extensions. Sallys has good deals for them not to much money.

It looks good! It's always a shock at first when you get it done but you'll warm up to it but don't worry because it looks fine! :) I cried so much when I did mine and wore a hoodie for three days because I felt awful but I realized that it wasn't much different than before.
