I live in hot and humid island climate. I have really beautiful curly hair which, unfortunately, turns into a monster mass of hair with serious heft in this weather. So I get a Japanese rebounding treatment every six months which makes my hair more manageable. This year I've noticed my scalp getting oily and hair getting rough, dry and breaking off. It looks and feels dehydrated. So I was hoping to get some advice on a really good and preferably natural replenishing/hydrating hair mask. Natural, because I don't want to use any additional chemicals. But non natural sulfate and silicon free is Ok too. TIA!!

Pureology hydrate mask, shampoo and conditioner are amazing. olive oil and coconut oil are about as natural as you can get and are also great to help rehydrate. your scalp is over producing oils to make up for its dryness, so go ahead and slather on some olive oil, roots to ends and leave on for a while. just make sure to wash off or you will be a big grease ball after :-)

Thanks, Kelly!! I used to do coconut oil until my roots started getting super oily far too quickly. Haven't tried olive oil so will do that one! Thanks again!
