Try to start using Bioderma Sebium which is a make up remover/ skin care. It helps your skin eventually slow down sebum from secreting. This is also a reallly good primer: http://www.beautylish.com/s/becca-ever-matte-poreless-priming-perfector

I've been using hourglass veil mineral primer but I find it okay but not great. if you're reallyyyy oily I highly suggest the Makeup Forever Mattifying Primer. it will definitely help with the oil.

I have combo ski that tends to get relly shiny and I practically hoard primers. The best, most matte primer I have ever used is the Neutrogena Shine Control primer. It beats any of the high end ones I've used.
