So I want to try a new L-M coverage foundation. I've tried the CC cream by IT Cosmetics but it makes me really oily for some reason :// I have oily skin, but with other foundations and the same primer I don't get that oily. Drugstore or high end is fine. Thank you!!

I also have oily skin and it really does suck as does my good friend she also likes a light weight foundation and this is what she uses

And I hope you don't mind my asking but I'm a full coverage foundation girl all the way may I ask why you want a light to medium coverage foundation?

I have oily skin. check out Loreal True Match and Loreal Pro Matte. I usually mix the two together.

I recommend Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua foundation, Koh Gen Do Maifanshi Aqua foundation and L'Oreal's Infallible Pro-Matte foundation for light-medium coverage and semi-matte finish. I wasn't the biggest fan of IT Cosmetics' CC cream either, it felt kind of heavy on my skin. :(

My favorite is the Lancome Ultra 24h. It is very pretty and not to much coverage.
Nikki, I'll speak for me, but I never liked a full coverage foundation! I don't have scarring or anything to cover so the foundation is more to even out my skintone and doesn't need to be full coverage. In the summer, I even use just a BB cream!

Thanks everyone! & Niki , I just like the feel of not having too much of a high coverage makeup on , as well as I feel like I don't have much to cover up so I use it more to even up my skin tone as Genevieve said.

I have oil skin and I use Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Flawless Fluide foundation and love it. It's not matte but it doesn't leave me extra oily. However, I do use a mattifying primer as well as mattifying setting powder. It's very light coverage that is build-able to medium coverage. If you have blemishes, you definitely need to use concealer to cover them.
