As Hailey said, Mac Face and Body foundation is amazing. I use it myself because I do have dry skin and it has been great. I'm also pale (N1 is my shade and it works great) I suggest what Hailey said

I'm pale and dry, but use mostly light to buildable medium coverage. MUFE Face and Body is lovely for this with a slightly luminous fresh finish that feels light on the skin. I recently tried MAC Studio Sculpt which offers full coverage and it did indeed feel quite hydrating. I personally avoid matte finishes as many formulas dry me out, but you might want to consider using Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentrate as a primer if you are not mineral oil sensitive. It has been a dry skin savior for me thanks to Sandra & Ms. Jacqueline, but I am not acne prone. MAC Strobe Cream is hydrating and brightening, so that's also a lovely addition to any foundation. You can get a tiny tube to try it out.

I have dry skin and I use the Loreal anti-redness bb cream. It cancels out all of my redness and makes my skin look flawless! It's easy to blend in and it lasts all day
