Without Makeup

23

Here's a photo of me without makeup. I think it's so important to be proud of your natural state. Our bodies are amazing. No matter their flaws, we should always be thankful to them for giving our souls a home. Thank your lungs everyday for breathing, thank you heart everyday for beating, thank every cell in your body for being. There might be things we'd change about our bodies, if we could. Even so, always be thankful for the body you have. Face and all.

I agree with everything you said; so what you have a zit or scar? If you cover it up you're not your true self anymore. Don't hide, be free! ;)

Thank you, Tierra! I admit, I feel beautiful in my skin simply because it keeps me safe, it heals me, and I'm thankful that it's healthy. My skin may blemish but the fact that this layer of cells makes me unique, sets me apart from everyone else, and gives me identity. It's beautiful<3

I'm glad I could brighten your day a bit!

Hakone Gardens in Saratoga, California. It's a Japanese garden that's been around since the early 1900s. It's been in tons of movies, like Memoirs of a Geisha. It's one of my favorite places to find some peace in my soul. It's gorgeous!
