Hyden Yoo
NEW YORK FASHION WEEK S/S 2012
Hyden Yoo presented his spring 2012 collection at the Maritime hotel, drawing from various themes of romanticism and subtle eroticism during the era of '20s neocolonialism.
HAIR
Hairstylist Marco Santini of ION Studio for Davines lead the hair for the presentation. He created a modern version of the '20s bob, adding a tousled, textured twist. He first curled the entire head with Davines Texturizer and let the hair set. Next, he pinned the waves at the front of the head and spritzed them with Davines Defining Invisible Hair Spray for hold. He used a soft bristle brush to separate the ringlets starting at the back of the head. Lastly, Marco sprayed Davines For Wizards No. 14 Sea Salt Primer and Davines Defining Invisible Hair Spray for texture and hold. He tucked and pinned the hair under to finish the period-inspire hairstyle.
