Avocados (the fruit that taste like a vegetable) are delicious and offer amazing benefits to your skin. They contain vitamins like A, D, and E which can help improve your skin complexion and treat sun damage. Studies have also shown that avocados contain anti-microbial chemicals, which may help treat and prevent acne breakouts. Keep reading for a few of our favorite recipes with this creamy summer fruit!

I did the hair and face mask and then ate the extra half. Yum! I didn't think the face mask did much but nothing has ever worked so good in my frizzy hair. Love, love, love it!!!

Oh man... I can guarantee you that if an avocado comes into my house, it's getting eaten with some salt and lime juice. But great suggestions!
