As mentioned in the video, I've had a lot of issues with my nails peeling and breaking. I also have an addiction to nail polish and love the look of longer nails. I decided to tweak some things in my habits and routine to help my nails get harder and stronger. It has paid off and my nails have gotten stronger, but they still break every now and then.
