Y'all I don't know if it was the oil or the flatiron (or a combo) but I haven't gotten my hair this straight, light and shiny in forever. Honest truth.

I started out on freshly washed hair that I braided into smaller plaits because I don't own a blow dryer. Lol. I added the pillow proof before I braided my hair and the next morning I added the diamond oil (only 1 pump per section).

I finger detangle each section then go in with my tangle tamer (found at Sally's, Target, Walmart). I always chase my comb/brush with the flatiron for a super smooth look, which helps since I didn't blow dry before hand.

When I'm completely finished I always trim off any split ends. Also I got layers cut almost a year ago, so the unevenness is a combo of those growing out and me trimming pieces while my hair was curly. Lol.
