Being legally blind, I want to say that seeing is my 16th favourite feeling but it's sort of hard to encapsulate that in a video so it'' be a secret between you and me in the info box lol.

Anyways, my first favourite feeling is the warmth of the sun as it rises and seeing all the colours swirl until they become a blue sky. Blue skies and bright mornings are my second; it just feels like a fresh start and a reset on a new day. On flip side, I love rainy days like almost obsessed with them. Whenever I tell someone, they think i'm crazy but there's something about the gloom that sets the mood in such a beautiful way. I actually feel at peace during storms. Fourth, is meeting my mat for practice. Yoga keeps my mind and body toned. I always feel challenged and it's helped me deal with challenges in life off the mat. Five is my favourite number and I picked Youtube to hold that honour. Youtube has broken boundaries and given me a voice, an ability to connect with you incredible souls and create content that I can be proud of. Jalani, Jay, baé, Jay So Breezy, the boy, my love whatever you know him as, he's my pillar of strength and has opened my heart and being to a world of less stress and more happiness. Seventh is walking. Simple I know but if I could, I would walk every where. My feet after all are more reliable than public transit. I love feeling leaves and snow crunch under my soles, or hearing my heels click on pavement. I find I take in more of what's around me when I walk. Eight - Warm Hugs in the form of warm drinks. I was torn between this and cozy sweaters because they both give me that warm and fuzzy feeling. Hot drinks won because they taste better. Nine, where would I be without my friends. My friends are my family, need I say more? Quiet car rides are my 10th favourite feeling because it feels like i'm in a capsule watching the world go by like a movie. I studied Nutrition and Food so it should come as no surprise that eating is on the list. Coming in at eleven, enjoying food is a major part of my life. Who doesn't like to travel?! it's number 12 and you all know why. Lucky number 13, lucky because I'm surprised I haven't burnt down the house baking yet. Low vision and ovens are a bad combo but I love making sweet treats and find it really relaxing whipping up a storm. 14th; creating. DIY, fixing jewellery making decorations and solutions or being innovative brings me so much joy. Last and not least, when afforded I love those very calm nights strolling downtown. When it's not overcrowded with people, just serene. Or, at home with candles or a diffuser so I can fully relax and unwind.
