Make your videos as professional as possible. Be organized, know what you are talking about (know the name of the product you are using while you are using it), and choose a good filming location (a clean, stark room or choose a plain backdrop, free from distractions like pets or family members).

Use quality filming equipment. Nothing screams bored teenager playing at being a vlogger like bad lighting and a pixelated webcam. Make sure your audio is crisp and clear, and if you use any music make it quiet and complementary (not distracting). Generally music with words is not advisable.

These are the things I tend to notice when watching makeup videos on YouTube, hopefully this helps!
