I use my face wash and scrub it against my palm.

Use olive oil, then use baby shampoo, rinse them out of the sponge, and repeat.

I believe they make a solid cleanser for them. I have the real techniques one and just use dish soap the way others have suggested.

I thoroughly soak my beauty blender in warm water. I then get my hands super soapy (I just use hand soap) & just clean it with my hands c: squeeze it & rub it around. then rinse it out very, very well & let it dry.
looks like new every time.. at least for me :p

I use Johnson's Baby Shampoo.
