I love using the oil cleansing method for blackheads personally the oil dissolves the oil n dirt stuck inside the pore and sucks it all out completely it's pretty great.

Be careful if you try out that method because Megan posted that advice on my topic called What's the worst beauty advice you've ever gotten? lol. not saying it's bad advice, but there's a lot you have to factor in. she had clear skin & now she's still recovering from the breakouts it's caused her. just a warning. always do really good research when it come to skin.
you can try pore strips or one of the Freeman's masks. I can't remember which helped with black heads off the top of my head. I think egg works too. sorry I'm not much help lol

I second the oil cleansing method. It all depends on your skin, but I'd try to oil cleanse just your blackheads to see how your skin reacts. I use Dior cleansing oil, but olive or castor oil works too.

I'd just get a blackhead clearing mask. One with charcoal should work. I wouldnt suggest making your own, home remedies can turn disastrous even if they are convenient and seem easy. My favorite is the Origins Clear Improvement charcoal mask. It's pricey but I really like it.

I use the Dior cleansing oil in my mix as well Alyx - I also use castor, jojoba n some drops of maracuja n tea tree oil - I have sensitive acne prone skin and I oil cleanse once a week just to deep clean and it works great for me - my mix has 40% castor, 40% jojoba, 10% the Dior cleansing oil and 2.5% Tea tree n 2.5% maracuja basically.

I never thought of mixing it :) that's a great idea, I've been just using the cleansing oil alone and it's already done wonders to my skin but mixing it would improve more I think. :)

Yeah I figured the Dior oil is so expensive so to me mixing it with the other oils is saving me money ;P.

What exactly is the oil cleansing method?

Just google oil cleansing method n the first link that comes up describes it also there are videos on YouTube for how people use it - basically you mix oils together then put them on your face to dissolve the dirt n oil on your face and use steam/hot water to cleanse it all off - basically the chemical principle of "like dissolves like"
