I have a trouble going outside and tanning. It just doesn't work for me for some reason, So should I get spray tans or go to a tanning bed? How do you ladies get tan?

I wouldn't do a tanning bed.
I would do a spray tan.

I do the tanning bed. just doing it four times has made a big difference and I really love the way I look. I think spray tanning is better for your skin but I know its not permanent, you have to keep going bc it fades after a few weeks (I think) but thats why ide go for the tanning bed. the tan is permanent

Try tanning lotion! I know aveno self tanning lotion works really well!

There is no excuse for putting yourself at risk of cancer and other illness for the sake of vanity. Tanning beds are dangerous. Period.

Spray tans or self tanning lotion is safe and effective.
