Is there any sort of oil or treatment that will lessen acne AND eczema? Not just for the face.

The oil cleansing method lessened my acne but like Megan said you have to be careful. Because my proportions were off I went from super oily skin to dry skin in like 3 days. It works as long as you follow the guides.

Jojoba Oil will not clog your pores and will hydrate you perfectly. Please, do a test patch first though. I have psoriasis and use Apricot Oil and Sweet Almond Oil as well. Acne is not an issue for me, however, aside from the occasional spot.

I agree that doing some research on oil cleansing/pulling is a must. Do you have a derm? What type of acne are you suffering from?
