Mac products always break me out too... Grrr. You could try q tipping the acne with 15 % tea tree oil and keeping it on overnight, it would help. Use a 2 percent salicylic acid wash to clear your pores of the MAC gunk and use an oil free acne clearing moisturiser.

Mac products break me out too! They are horrible. I use make up for ever, fantastic products that don't cause acne :) seriously, I use their primer, concealer, foundation, and powder! Love them all.

Mac foundations broke me out to the max also!
First stop using that foundation, seconds buy any cleanser that says benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, those are really great for acne or breakouts, and just stick to your daily retinue

The best thing to do to let your skin heal is to stop using that product as well as any makeup until it heals. When you have a reaction like that your skin needs to stay clean and dry while it heals to prevent further break outs or reactions. I know you want to cover it all up with makeup until it heals but it's best not to!
