Ardency Inn Americana Natural Lip Pencil in Lightest Shade
OCC Lip Tar in Pleasure Model
Sephora Luster Matte Lipgloss in "Nude Pink Luster"

The "cut" on your cut crease looks a bit too soft for the real style of a cut crease, but I love the idea behind your look.
