Concealer, set with powder. That's all that there is, either that or primer!

I know that some people use concealers, but may I ask why you don't want to use a primer?

-A jumbo pencil (like the ones from nyx) I have the one in milk for when I do vibrant shades
-a cream base. It can be a cream base or a cream eyeshadow that's the same color as whatever your going to put on too (I do like putting a metallic base under other colors though)
- certain under eye concealers that don't crease. I use MAC prolongwear concealer on my lids if I have some excess to use

Ummmm... @Helen M! I use a concealer AND powder and my eye makeup stays JUST FINE.

I agree with Jacqlyn I don't like using concealer. Use a cream base I use a NYX one in white and it works perfectly if not better 😘

I like using my mac paint pot. You can also use the maybelline colour tattoos, they're SO long lasting!

Primer is used to create a smooth surface and stop products from migrating and creasing. Cream bases are used to make shadows more vibrant and create a sticky surface for shimmer/glitter. Nine times out of ten, using a cream base without a primer will result in creased, messy and sad makeup.

Concealer can work depending on the formula, but often it softens with the heat of your body and "melts"; this is ideal when used to conceal as the product blends seamlessly into the skin. However, under eye shadow this will cause it to crease or migrate.

Primers are best for keeping eye makeup in place. Why do you want to use something besides a primer?
