I use rimmel stay matte foundation but I don't want to use it for summer since it gets really hot in dubai so is it okay if I mix it with my moisturizer? Will that help?

You can definitely do it, its usually best to mix them if they have the same main ingredient (water based with water based, oil with oil, etc) :)

It certainly should. :) That will make it more of a tinted moisturizer, than a full on foundation. I mix my moisturizer with my KVD foundation, and it works just fine

Tinted moisturizer sounds great. If not, maybe moisturizer and concealer.
