I got my eyebrows done for the first time a weeks ago and they look good and I like them but they broke my skin out where ever they waxed. Also this is weird my foundation is not sticking where my eyebrows where waxed. Its been over a week and my foundation is still not staying on and I'm still breaking out. Has this happened to anyone? Is there a fix or another alternative to waxing that won't irritate my skin?

Apply Neosporin. The skin should not be irritated a week after you had them done. Did you see them double dip at all?

Your skin would be breaking out because it is irritated because of the waxing, possibly even burnt. I'd just apply a good moisturizer frequently around the eyebrows. I definitely would not recommend exfoliating or anything like that around the eyebrows until it heals.
Also, applying the moisturizer should help with the foundation... It's possible that the foundation isn't applying because the layer of skin was taken off or burnt during the waxing process. The foundation situation should improve as the skin heals. But for now, the moisturizer will help the foundation to apply.

When I first started plucking I used to get small pimples sometimes but not a lot of them, maybe one or two but they usually go away. And my foundation used to do that with them too, I'm not sure how to fix it though, mine seemed to fix itself :(

I would suggest applying witch hazel and aloe so that it will clean and moisturize the area that got waxed.
I would also agree that you shouldn't have this happening still when it's been a week. You should check out "threading" next time your brows need a touch up. It's much more gentle on the skin. My skin doesn't do well with waxing either but I have not had anything go wrong since started the threading. Hope this helped and your brows heal quickly!

Try you best to leave the area a lone and let it heal on it's own
