I personally like your natural hair color, it suites you really well. If I were you and you wanted to dye it a different color, I would go for a light chocolate/hazel brown, but it is all what you really want! :)

Although you are a natural blonde, the color you have now seems like it needs a toner. You'd do a slight ash or champagne very well. White hair is gorgeous and you could definitely rock it, but you may want to consider the damage involved and the upkeep. In my view, you'd look killer with a few foils and a toner. It would add dimension and you don't need to commit to bleaching all of your hair. Purple shampoo and you'd be mint.
