@Megan, for my waterproof eye makeup, yes. it's so gentle on the skin around your eyes & on your lashes.
I like the UD foundation, but not as much as the NARS foundation :s it's super liquidy & I never have good luck with the bottle. but it's nice & lightweight, & has a medium but buildable coverage.
