Yes, especially since it has so many antioxidants! Tea is great for the skin and green tea extract is commonly used in skin care products.

I started drinking tea because I've read all good things about it being good for your skin. it's filled with antioxidants, I love green tea. I've noticed a difference in my skin, it glows more and it's mot so dull looking.

Green tea makes my skin less red or puffy at times, sometimes I even put cold green tea bags on my eyes to take away puffiness. Not to mention it's so good for your body (:
