I noticed that after not using my acne cream I have milia on my temples and some on my cheeks! How can I get rid of it? My skin is normally quite smooth, just a bit dry in areas!

Using a BHA exfoliant will solve that ( and a lot of other issues as well. )

I recommend Paula's choice BHA exfoliant

Lmao you know my phase, baby acne. Everyone knows I have milia. I still have but I'm controlling it much better now. I talked with Traci L. Exfoliating is how you get rid of it. It's your skin not being able to exfoliate itself and dead skin cells being clogged in your pores. She recommended Cerave foaming cleanser (since my skin is oily), using my Clairsonic and drinking lots of water. She also said an AHA cleanser.

I have the same problem, except I have extremely dry skin (that I use medication for) and can't use acid products. I have tried physical exfoliation, but no joy. I've been dealing with this since I was six years old (I'm almost 22 now) and never been able to fix it. :(
