Pore Refining Toner

This is an alcohol based toner. Meaning it will only cause an increased oil production.
It also lists Eucalyptus Oil and Peppermint. Both are fragrances and offer no benefits to the skin other than increased irritation. This toner isn't going to refine your pores at all.

The best drug store toner ( that is is natural ) is probably going to be Aloe Vera Juice.
The appropriate toner should be water based, and contain beneficial ingredients. It should not contain fragrances ( including 'natural' fragrances ) and should not contain alcohol or irritants.

I like Mario Badescu Seaweed Toner (Cleansing Lotion). It is packed with aloe and I find it soothing. It is a gentle astringent in my view. Disinfects and tones without drying me out.
