Its cute but I don't really think its for prom just because it looks to casual to me. Definitely look Macy's, JCP, also look to see on Facebook if their are any for sale pages around your townwhere you
could rent or buy for a good price. Maybe check out some thrift stores (you can actually find amazing things in there and you can modify them if needed) or maybe a Plato's Closet. Ebay is also a great place to look. Or look on promgirl.com or windsor on their sale or clearance sections. One of my friends just bought a simple long black dress and dressed it up with some really cute accessories. I believe she bought it for like $30 off Asos

Also, if you know anyone who wants to sell a dress or even just look on Facebook, you can find lots of cheaper dresses so you maybe could have separate ones. I got a dress from my friend thats an upper class men who spend like $600 then sold it to me for $50 because she was never going to wear it again! How awesome is that? Anyways! Ask around, go to Platos for sure, as mentioned previously. Good luck and have fun!
