Little small white heads on my chin every summer... Gross help advice ladies please.

I need to know what I can do to help my face I have these little small like rash bumps on my chin. if I squeeze not to be gross but white stuff comes out. my skin is always clear well winter. I know pores can get clogged any recommendations for what I could do or use?

Try using a salicylic cleanser and a AHA serum to clear out your pores or a retinol serum a few times a week combined with the salicylic cleanser exfoliate twice a week manually if your not using a AHA an moisturize ,
